About

Your Aggressive Advocacy.

History

Claire worked for years at large law firms on both the Plaintiff and Defendant sides of Labor and Employment Law when she began to feel inspired to start her own firm. Throughout decades of practice, Claire saw that the unique needs of women, and the LGBTQA+ community in particular, were not being skillfully addressed by existing Bay Area law firms.

In 2017, the Law Offices of Claire Cochran was born out of Claire's devotion to equality and advocacy, paired with her expertise in the field, and her fierce dedication to creating tangible positive change for Bay Area employees. Claire and her passionate team of associates are completely devoted to fighting for equality for the protected classes of underrepresented employees. It is this total devotion to the rights and wellbeing of their clients that sets these attorneys apart.
